The 38km RadKulturTour is a cultural cycling tour - the only one of its kind in Germany - that combines natural beauty and cultural attractions. It covers stories about the great literary figure Goethe, interesting facts about Thuringian wine and much more besides!
It starts at Goethe's summer house in the park on the River Ilm in Weimar. On the Ilm Valley Cycle Route , you'll coast past classical monuments such as Tiefurt House and Kromsdorf Palace and discover the Wieland Estate in Ossmannstedt and the castle of the Teutonic order at Liebstedt.
Everywhere you go, you'll encounter fascinating monuments to Germany's history and culture. |

The Apolda Gallery of Avant-Garde Art presents exhibitions of international renown and is only a stone's throw from the town's Bell and Municipal Museum . Continuing on your journey through the lower Ilm valley, you'll reach the spa and wine-growing town of Bad Sulza .
